All requests for returns must be made to us by email to within 5 days of receiving your order and returned to us within 14 days of having received the order; we will issue you with a returns address at the point we receive your email request. We will process all eligible refunds within 14 days of receiving the returned item at our end.
Please note that orders for personalised items cannot be cancelled once the order has been placed and a confirmation of order email has been sent.
Personalised items can also not be returned unless they are faulty or damaged.
If the return is due to damaged or faulty goods, please also email with photos of the damage / fault and a description within the 5 day time-frame. It is the customer's responsibility to check that the product is not faulty or damaged on the day it is received, or at very least within the 5 day time-frame so that you communicate this to us efficiently. Delivery costs for faulty or damaged items will be refunded by Little Tweaks to the customer. We aim to ensure all customers are satisfied with their purchases and that any faulty items are corrected immediately, however it is important that you follow the 5-day notification procedure in order to be eligible for this - we thank you for your co-operation.
For all other returns the postage costs must be met by the customer, unless a mistake has been made by Little Tweaks. Please ensure items are suitably packaged for safe return before posting, and in their as-new condition.
